Mayflower firefighters are battling a large fire in a landfill off of White City Road.
The Mayflower Fire Department posted on Facebook about the blaze at about 7:15 a.m. Tuesday. The department reported a “large column of smoke” coming from the area.
No injuries were immediately reported.
