However, nobody should be afraid of masks. They’re harmless.
In fact, for a year we’ve been coping with a new American dress code and a very public sign that things have changed FOREVER and we’re likely NEVER going to back to the care-free lackadaisical public health daze before the plague.

The city of Independence issued a public health advisory Friday afternoon, saying COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations are climbing across the Kansas City metro and the state of Missouri because of the delta variant.”We’re definitely seeing a surge and it is certainly expected to continue to increase over the next several weeks and months,” Independence Mayor Eileen Weir said.Independence says 100% of its cases are the delta variant.
