Quick bit of TKC advice to start . . . Don’t ever call yourself “freelance” because publishers quickly emphasize the term “free” and downplay any talk of payment . . . It’s easier just to write a letter to the editor in order to clear your conscience.
HOWEVER . . .
Mr. Mackie is one of the MOST SUCCESSFUL mainstream media contributors in Kansas City and his writing is highly sought after from better publications across the Internets and the nation. So aspiring scribes would do well to consider his perspective.
In general his hot take is much better than going on strike, quiet quitting or any other trend that MSM uses in order to trick the plebs into garnering less money . . .
