It’s always refreshing to see that Cash Ashley and the team at Raduno Brick Oven & Barroom are consistently making use of local, seasonal produce. The new summer specials now available at Raduno incorporate a wide range of local ingredients.

The Elote Pie features corn and sweet red onions from Barnhill Orchards (Lonoke) along with roasted garlic, jalapeno cream cheese, mozzarella, Cotija, crema, cilantro and Tajin. A vegan version is also available.

The Caprese Burrata features Back 5 Fields tomatoes, basil from Arkansas Natural Produce (Malvern), bread from Boulevard Bread Co., extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.

The house-made Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake looks unreal and features berries from Barnhill Orchards and Kornegay Berry Farms, a graham cracker crust, lemon curd and blueberry jam.

The Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip features Boulevard bread for dipping and is vegan.
