Members of the Boston Fire Department were able to free a dog that somehow became stuck in a drainage pipe at a park Wednesday afternoon.The dog was stuck for about 2 hours in an underground pipe at Millennium Park in West Roxbury. The dog, a 4-year-old foxhound named Hubert but nicknamed Bubba, was uninjured after he was rescued.Crews were seen shoveling dirt from an area next to a fence along a walking trail. National Grid said a backhoe was brought in to help with the rescue.Bubba’s owner said the dog went into an open culvert in the park and became stuck. Boston Fire said they used a camera to locate the position of the dog.
